O.k. I am back from the dead. I am able to stay upright the entire day. Yea! Now, I don't really operate at my full potential while I am upright , but non the less, I am at work. So, enjoy the lovely picture of me sick! I just hope it doesn't make any of you sick! Lol.

Jan. 26 and I am just leaving death's door

That's right, I feel like I am climbing back from the abyss of death. Last Friday I took care of little Trace when he was sick and got the gift that keeps on giving. I was sick Friday but pushed on through and finished my day at work. I have been in bed ever since. Quite a few of you called but I couldn't even talk on the phone, sorry. Mike works on the weekends but has been spoiling me at night when he gets home. I am so glad my kids are old enough to take care of themselves, other wise they might have starved to death the last few days. Next Tuesday is the car auctions so sickness is not an option. One year I had a court date for Robby and was told I needed to change it because of the auction! I ask you, what is more important then a court date? While I was laying there and unable to get up I watched TV, but I wonder why I pay so much for cable when there is really nothing on. Why is that? How can we pay for 72 channels and not have anything to watch? Hmmm. I ended up watching a western with Robert Duvall and the guy that played Lowell in Wings called Broken Trail. It was good, but too long I think.

Jan the 22nd

Well howdy to you all today. I had to go back to work after 4 days off. OMG did it ever suck. I am getting ready to start a small kitchen remodel and I am so excited. Well, ask me how excited I am when I am in the midst of it with a mess all around me. I am sure I will sing a different tune. The problem with my kitchen is an old woman owned the house before me and had NO color sense. My kitchen is pink and gray. Pink and gray for cryin out loud! She put bathroom pink colored backspashes up and it looks really, well, old. So, I am taking it upon myself and Mike to get er done. I just finished snapping by "before" shots and won't bother you with them until I get the "after" ones done. I just want to ask, "Is anyone else sick and tired of the cold"? It was 11 degrees when I left for work this morning. It almost hurt to go outside. Damn the lottery to hell for not letting me win!

January the 20th

O.K. I want to know who took a dump in my mouth last night while I slept! Eight of us went to Cheddars for a nice meal together. Then we went to see Mad Money, which by the way is good but I am not sure if it is "go to the theatre good". It is worth seeing anyway so even if you wait to rent be sure to see it. Then we went to Seneca Street. I think I smoked way too much as is evident by the way I can't breath today. I make a pack last from Saturday to Saturday. I was going to quite but I gained some weight and since I need to loose like 40 more pounds I started up again. It is as simple as that, smoke or be fat. Right now being single I would prefer to smoke. I should mention that I did a head count at the club and there was 18 people in our group. It was so much fun to just get goofy with all of the crew. I even got to dance in my stylin boot, not a simple task I can tell you. It was my excuse for not getting "Low". Lol, not to mention I am like all old and such.

Saturday Mornin da 19th

You know, I have decided, I have no life when Mike is out of town. We spent so much time together this summer with the justification that he would be gone so much this winter with his reffing. This is the second day in a row I am sportin my pj's clutching a coffee mug plinking away on the keyboard. I'm watching VH1's top 20 and I think I need to get Mary J. blige's new cd. Anyone else heard any of it? I love it. While I am at it I should note I said the same about Timbaland's latest and never did get it. My poor iPod shuffle is still wrapped up in the tent from the last time we went camping in October. I have GOT to get it out but it seems like such a pain. Kaitlin lost her shuffle the first day she had it. I had just gotten it loaded up with like 127 songs when she took it to the store with Shandi and lost the stupid thing. Tonight is a much anticipated night out on the town with Randy and his crew. Dinner, movie and drinks at their favorite little bar.

O.K. folks, bear with me. I am trying to fix it to where you can post. Remember, I am an idiot when it comes to computers. And I still blame Princess Jill for all of this.
